SUP FITNESS
JOIN US FOR SOME CARDIO, STABILITY, CORE, AND STRENGHT TRAINING ON SUP BOARDS!  THIS CLASS IS FOR ALL LEVELS, FROM BEGINNER TO THOSE GETTING READY TO RACE.  ONE ASPECT OF THIS CLASS IS FOCUSING ON BUILDING SUPPORT AND STABILITY FROM THE FEET UP, HELPING WITH INJURY PREVENTION AND RECOVERY.  ALL AGES WELCOME PROVIDED THEY ARE ABLE TO STAY FOCUSED AND NOT DISRUPT THE CLASS.  SO BRING THE FAMILY!  :)  EACH CLASS SHOULD RUN AROUND 1.5 HOURS, INCLUDING LAUNCH AND RETURN.

SUP YOGA

BY POPULAR DEMAND, YOGA ON THE SUP BOARDS HAS ARRIVED.  I WILL TAKE MY 30 YEARS YOGA EXPERIENCE, AND MY 20 YEARS AS A YOGA THERAPIST/TEACHER AND BRING IT TO THE WATER.  THIS CLASS WILL BE FLOW BASED, MAKING TRANSITIONS AS IMPORTANT AS THE ASANAS THEMSELVES.    ALL EIGHT LIMBS WILL BE INCORPORATED, SO BE READY TO MAKE THIS PART OF YOUR SERIOUS PRACTICE WHILE ADDING THE PLAYFULNESS AND JOY THAT WE CAN LOSE SO EASILY IN LIFE AND OUR PRACTICE.  MY STUDENTS KNOW ME FOR MY "FALLING PRACTICES", AND WHAT BETTER PLACE TO BRING THESE BACK  :)  THESE CLASSES ARE ALSO OPEN TO ALL LEVELS AND AGES, AND I WILL ASSIST EACH STUDENT TO MAKE THE PRACTICE FIT THEIR NEEDS.
